Ukrhydroenergo, Ukraine’s state hydropower producer, invites bids by 5 June 2018 from suppliers for the procurement of 10 transformers and related services for five plants as part of the ongoing rehabilitation of its fleet of hydropower plants.
The contracts are to be financed from loans from the European Bank for Recon-struction and Development and the European Investment Bank. Tenders are invited for one or more of the five lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders.
Bids are sought for the following contracts:
• Lot UHE/TRF1/T/10-17 (Lot 1), procurement of one transformer for Kyiv pumped-storage plant and related services for delivery by 1 March 2020.
• Lot UHE/TRF2/T/10-17 (Lot 2), procurement of two block transformers for Kaniv hydropower plant and related services for delivery no later than 1 July 2019 (T4) and 1 June 2020 (T5).
• Lot UHE/TRF3/T/10-17 (Lot 3), procurement of one auxiliary transformer for the Seredniodniprovska plant and related services for maximum delivery by 1 August 2019.
• Lot UHE/TRF4/T/10-17 (Lot 4), procurement of four unit transformers, a special tool for oil filling and treatment for dielectric oil of transformers, suitable to be used for all transformers, and provision of related services for the Dnipro-1 plant and related services (transformers T5, T1, T2 and T9 should be delivered no later than 1 September 2019, 1 March 2020, 1 June 2020 and 1 October 2020, respectively).
• Lot UHE/ TRF5/T/10-17 (Lot 5), procurement of two transformers for the Kakhovka plant and related services for delivery no later than by 1 August 2019 (T2) and 1 September 2019 (T1), respectively.
