The contract will also entail three years of comprehensive Operation & Maintenance of the FPV upon entry into commercial operation. The tender will be on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis
(Envelope-I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Envelope-II: Price Bid) with Reverse Auction. The solar modules to be used for this project shall be sourced only from the Model and Manufactures included in the latest “Approved List of Models and Manufactures (ALMM)” issued by the MNRE. The EPC component of the project should be completed within 15 months from the date of issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) to the contractor.
