Welcome Reception - Reserved

The welcome reception will take place in the setting of a tropical garden on Tuesday 14 March. Cocktails and a buffet will be served and the evening will provide a chance to catch up with past and prospective clients.

Wednesday Exhibition Networking Reception - 2 Available

All participants will be invited to gather in the exhibition area on Wednesday afternoon to enjoy drinks and refreshments to encourage networking with exhibitors in an informal environment. Two companies are invited to sponsor.

Water station's will be available to all participants. Each water station will display a full colour logo of your company and, if you are an exhibitor, your stand number.

Two computers will be provided for use by delegates. Each will be branded with your colour logo.

The sponsorship will include the lunch and drinks for all participants. Your logo will be promoted during the lunch. You are welcome to distribute gifts and brochures to the delegates. If you have company flags or banners, you can also display them in the exhibition lunch area, following approval from the exhibition organizing team.
