New governing system for the Guillena hydro powerplant

In August 2006, the control room of the Guillena powerplant in Spain was seriously damaged by fire. Endesa, the owner, awarded a contract to Alstom Hydro to replace the electrical equipment within three months, to minimize the downtime of the plant.
