7 July:

A reception for chairpersons and speakers will take place on a covered terrace, overlooking the garden and swimming pool area, at the Labadi Beach Hotel, following a briefing about the conference sessions in the main auditorium.

8 July:

The welcome reception for all participants, generously sponsored and co-hosted by Andritz Hydro,
will take the form of a beach party, at the Ghana Village restaurant and lawn of La Palm hotel, next door to Labadi, and overlooking the ocean. The buffet dinner will include a barbecue.

9 July:

A networking party will take place in the Exhibition Pavilion at Labadi, after the conference sessions, to give international delegates a chance to spend more time with exhibitors while enjoying drinks and light refreshments.

10 July:

The farewell dinner is planned to take place at the Labadi Resort. There will be a chance to sample some specialities of Ghanaian cuisine, as well as some entertainment.
