CEB invites bids to study pumped-storage projects in Mauritius

The Central Electricity Board, the state-owned, vertically-integrated power utility of the Republic of Mauritius, seeks to engage a consultancy to carry out a feasibility study for the setting up of pumped-storage facilities in the Indian Ocean island state. Bids are invited from eligible local and international bidders through the Government eProcurement System by 28 October.

Bidding documents for the contract with Reference Number CEB/IFB/2024/8641 may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System platform at: https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org.

Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date shall be required to decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 15.01 hours on 28 October to 13.30 hours on 30 October.

Consultancy services invited for dam projects in Mauritius

The Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities (MEPU) of the Republic of Mauritius, through the Water Resources Unit, seeks to recruit a technical adviser/dam expert and a construction management and contract administration expert, with extensive experience in the field of dam engineering, to provide expert advice and support to the local team in the implementation of on-going dam projects and the rehabilitation, operation/maintenance and monitoring of existing dams.
